We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply no longer want the item. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To report a defective or damaged item, contact us on WhatsApp at 0321-1798324 with your order number and photos/video of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement. Return shipping for the defective item will be covered by TechMob.Store.

Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water damage, or unauthorized repairs after delivery.
  • Issues reported after the 48-hour window.

Replacement Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp (0321-1798324) within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the defect.
  2. Our team will review and confirm the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the defective item and ship your replacement.
